Refund policy

RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES: 

Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to initiate a return.

Once the goods are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.
- Please ensure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged in the post.

CHARGEBACK POLICY:

  1. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time.

  2. All customers confirm they have read and agree to our terms and conditions before making a purchase.

  3. If a chargeback is placed, STATEMENT has evidence that the customer has agreed to our terms and conditions. This evidence will be used during any dispute case.


 
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certiclub will cover return shipping, up to the value of £6, for any faulty products that we may have sent out.
