certiclub uses Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri to ship products. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees so please give some leeway with delivery times. Once the order is placed, it is processed and shipped within 1-2 days. The majority of our deliveries are Royal mail tracked 48 and therefore take approximately 2 - 4 business days to be delivered. Shipping confirmation emails are provided once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping to be confirmed. Tracking numbers are also provided for high-value orders in the shipping confirmation email.
